There are many varieties of pasta/macaroni, according to different raw material, can be divided into durum wheat pasta/macaroni, rice pasta/macaroni and corn pasta/macaroni. We are also constantly testing new materials and formulations for our customers. according to different raw material, can be divided into penne, fusilli,shell,elbows,rigatoni, vermicelli,more special shape of rice, letters and other shapes. These shapes are achieved by changing the mold of the extruder.
The key factor determining the quality of pasta/macaroni is raw material. Pasta/Macaroni has exact demand on raw materials, it must be made from a typical “Durum wheat” (semolina) that is high enough in protein content about 14%, high in wet gluten, strong tendons. Pasta/Macaroni made from this raw material has a translucent pale yellow color.
The temperature and pressure control inside of extruder, with our unique research of vacuum technology, as well as high-precision mold, extruded pasta/macaroni has more closely tissue and not easy to break, improve product appearance,transparency and cooking performance.
