The NC-115/1000 is equipped with a chuck-type spindle. The nose model ANSIA2-11 is configured with an 18.0″ (380mm) three-jaw power chuck, with a set of soft jaws as the standard configuration. The spindle of the machine tool is equipped with a non-contact magnetic induction encoder, which is used to achieve functions such as rigid tapping, 1-degree indexing and spindle positioning.
The ultra-thin hydraulic clamping mechanism with a coolant circuit system can be connected to a three-jaw power chuck or a chuck adapter to hold the workpiece. Due to the adoption of ultra-thin rotary cylinders, the machine tool occupies a relatively small area. A hydraulic rotary cylinder pressure gauge is fixed on the left side of the front end of the machine tool to observe the current force condition of the chuck or chuck. The brushless servo motor drives the turret to rotate, and the three-piece end gear disk is precisely and reliably locked. The tool change time for adjacent tool positions of the tool turret is merely 0.18 seconds, the farthest tool position repositioning time of the tool turret is 1.0 second, and the repeat positioning accuracy of the tool turret is 2.5 arcseconds.
