Product Description
The YHZS60 mobile concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of the following parts:
Mixing System
– Mixing Host: Usually, a JS1000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer is adopted, which can quickly and uniformly mix fluid and dry hard concrete with good mixing quality and high efficiency.
Material Supply System
– Aggregate Batching and Measuring System: Located at the rear end of the whole plant, the upper part is the aggregate storage hopper, which is generally divided into 2 or 4 compartments. A heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity. It adopts pneumatic sequential door opening operation, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame outriggers for working.
– Belt Conveyor Frame: It is a truss structural member connecting the main machine chassis and the aggregate batching frame. The belt conveyor frame is installed inside, integrating the main machine frame, the belt conveyor frame and the batching frame.
– Cement Silo and Screw Conveyor: The cement silo is used to store powdery materials such as cement, and the screw conveyor is responsible for conveying the cement from the cement silo to the mixing host. They are integral components both during operation and transportation and do not need to be disassembled.
Measuring System
– Cement Measuring System: Composed of a measuring bin, load cells, butterfly valves, etc., it can accurately measure the amount of cement used to ensure the accurate proportion of concrete.
– Water Measuring System: Mainly includes a water measuring tank, load cells, a water pump and pipelines, etc., which can precisely control the amount of water added.
– Admixture Measuring System: Includes an admixture measuring tank, pipelines and load cells, etc., which are used to accurately measure the amount of liquid admixtures.
Control System
– Control Room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, it is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. The control mode of PLC + industrial computer is adopted. During the working state, it serves as the front support point of the whole plant, and it can be retracted and stored in the inner space of the support during transit.
Support and Walking System
– Main Machine Chassis: It is cantilever-shaped. There are towing pins for towing trucks and parking outriggers inside the chassis. The mixer, cement, water and admixture measuring scales are installed on the chassis, and inspection walkways, railings, etc. are attached around it
