Patented Design
Patented direct-link blower with double air vent greatly increases wind pressure. Meanwhile,the minimum power of single tube is only 3.5KW, the energy consumption is much lower than other similar airflow dyeing machines in the market. A larger blower can be chosen for fabrics that are easy to crease.

1.Knit: 8S-21S single jersey,16S-21S OE yarn, 26S-50S double-sided ply yarn, taffeta, TR/NR Ponte-de-roma, small circular knitting single jersey, four-way stretch five/seven layers of different materials composite fabrics, thick fleece and terry fabrics.
2.Woven: Memory like fabric, pongee, polyester taffeta,chiffon, nylon taffeta, polyester four-way stretch, CEY ice silk wrinkle, Vinegar Silk Cotton, 50D High Elastic,taslan, nylon four-way stretch.
3.Nylon synthetic fiber: swimwear fabric, nylon spandex 8020, polyester spandex, polyester spandex mesh fabric, lace, wedding fabric and etc. This machine effectively solved the difficult dyeing of fabrics by low liquor ratio overflow dyeing machines.
