This equipment is an efficient automated system integrating automatic feeding and waterproof plug insertion. It features a dual-carrier alternating operation design, enabling continuous production without downtime, which significantly reduces labor and management costs. The main body is constructed with squared steel tubes, aluminum profiles, and a transparent acrylic cover. With dimensions of 1100 × 900 × 1900 mm and a weight of 280 kg, the structure is robust and offers good visibility.

Equipped with two blind insertion heads compatible with two types of waterproof plugs, the device incorporates dual customized feeding mechanisms. The magazine capacity ranges from 5,000 to 12,000 pieces, and the feeding speed reaches 1 piece per second, meeting high-efficiency material supply demands. The insertion unit is driven by X/Z-axis modules and servo motors, ensuring precise positioning. Coupled with fiber optic detection (sensitivity: 30 ms), it achieves a high cycle time of 3 seconds per piece with a yield rate of up to 98%.

On the software side, it is equipped with a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen and runs on an in-house developed C++ program. It supports integration with MES systems for user-friendly operation. Comprehensive safety features include door access alarms (1-second response), emergency stop buttons (0.1-second response), and a three-color warning light system to ensure operational safety.

The device is designed to operate in environments ranging from 0°C to 50°C, powered by a 220V electrical supply with a total power consumption of 3000W, ensuring stable performance. Complete after-sales support is provided, and maintenance is straightforward.
