Automatic Loading and Pipe Bending Machine
Pipes are automatically loaded onto the production line without manual handling. The loading system ensures accurate positioning and continuous material supply, improving efficiency and safety while reducing labor intensity.
The bending machine performs precise pipe bending according to programmed parameters. With stable structure and advanced control systems, it guarantees high accuracy, smooth curves, and consistent forming quality for air conditioning pipes.
Multi-Layer Mold Controlled by Servo Motors

Each mold layer is driven by high-precision servo motors, which control the up–down and left–right movements for automatic mold selection and positioning. This replaces traditional manual adjustment and ensures rapid changeover without stopping production.
In addition, the machine can flexibly select different molds to achieve multiple bending radius on a single workpiece.
The multi-layer design saves space and tooling change time, while the servo system supports parameter setting and storage through PLC control. Operators can call preset programs for various pipe specifications, achieving highly efficient, precise, and intelligent mold management suitable for mass production with diverse product models.

Customizable Multi-Station Pipe End Forming
Each station is driven by precise hydraulic or servo systems to ensure stable force and accurate forming dimensions.
The pipe end forming unit adopts a multi-station modular design, allowing several forming operations to be completed in one continuous cycle. According to production requirements, stations can be freely configured for processes such as expanding, reducing, flaring, welding, chamfering and more.
Can reduce material transfer time, increase production efficiency, and ensure consistent quality across large batches. With quick-change tooling and parameter storage, different product specifications can be switched rapidly, making the system ideal for flexible, high-mix HVAC pipe production.
Excellent Robot Assisting Production

Industrial robots are integrated throughout the production line to connect each processing station and replace manual handling entirely. The robots automatically perform gripping, transferring, positioning, rotating, and loading/unloading of pipes between bending, flange forming, and end forming stations.
Robotic coordination enables uninterrupted flow production, minimizing idle time between processes and significantly increasing overall throughput. At the same time, robots greatly improve workplace safety by eliminating manual operations near bending tools, hydraulic units, and moving parts.
