ABC Three-Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Machine is a high-performance plastic film forming equipment, featuring an A/B/C three-layer co-extrusion structure. Equipped with three extruders and a three-layer co-extrusion die head, each extruder independently feeds material and controls temperature, allowing precise design and control of each layer’s material and function, accommodating different functional material combinations. The melts from all three layers are evenly distributed through optimized flow channels and simultaneously extruded into a film bubble. With an efficient cooling system, stable traction, and automatic winding unit, the machine achieves continuous, stable, and high-quality production.
Material Flexibility & Functional Advantages
The ABC structure allows flexible combinations of different resins and functional masterbatches, enhancing film strength, toughness, barrier properties, heat-sealability, and surface quality, while maintaining excellent thickness uniformity and surface flatness. Combined with PLC intelligent control and gravimetric/GSM precision systems, the machine effectively controls film thickness and raw material usage, compatible with LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, and various modified materials.
