STRECH FILM VACUUM PACKING MACHINE
Our state-of-the-art stretch film vacuum packaging machin offers a complete, fully automated solution for high-volume packaging needs.
This advanced system is engineered to maximize efficiency by forming, filling, sealing, and cutting packages from rolls of film in one seamless, continuous process. The machine operates by heating a bottom layer of forming film and molding it into custom-shaped pockets.
Products are then automatically or manually loaded into these trays. In the sealing station, air is evacuated to create a high-level vacuum, and a top lidding film is hermetically sealed to the formed tray, creating a secure, leak-proof package.
This process significantly extends product shelf life by protecting contents from oxygen, moisture, and contaminants, thereby preserving freshness, color, flavor, and nutritional value.
