VSI Three Feeding Modes:
The Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher provides three flexible feeding and crushing modes to meet diverse application needs: center feeding with stone-on-stone crushing (suitable for medium-hard materials, emphasizing particle shaping with low wear); center feeding combined with annular waterfall feeding for stone-on-stone (increases material throughput, ideal for large-scale sand-making of non-abrasive materials); and center feeding with annular waterfall feeding for stone-on-iron (enhances crushing efficiency for hard materials, ensuring finer finished particles). All modes balance adaptability, performance and finished product quality.
Application Areas
How it works
The working principle of impact crusher mainly utilizes the principle of crushing materials with impact energy. When the machine is in operation, the stones directly fall into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and the rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the electric motor. The material entering from the feeding port collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with another part of the flying stones that are separated around the rotary table in an umbrella shape, resulting in high-speed collision and high-density crushing. The material is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer, and the crushed material is then counterattacked onto the lining plate and crushed again. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy currents between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple impacts, friction, and crushing.
