2.This machine can be connected and interacted with different types of metering mechanisms to realize full automation from metering to packaging process. It has low packaging material loss, perfect patterns on packaging bags, and good sealing quality, improving the product grade.
3.The packaging forms are diversified: self – standing bags, hand – held bags, zipper bags, four – side sealed bags, three – side sealed bags, paper – based composite bags, etc.
4.It is equipped with an automatic fault tracking and alarm system, and the operation status is displayed in real – time.
5.An empty bag tracking and detection device is available, realizing no sealing when there is no bag opening or no material dropping, saving packaging materials.
6.The action execution adopts a full – servo control system, with reliable, fast and accurate execution.
7.The overall design of the machine meets the GMP standards and has passed the CE certification.
