Product Description

* Holistic plate welding machine structure.

The new rigid design and finite element optimization analysis minimize the impact of bending deformation on the quality of the workpiece. The frame adopts a steel plate integral welded structure, which has good rigidity and high strength, and has a good ability to resist distortion and deformation. The internal stress is eliminated through the overall tempering of the body/surface shot blasting, which ensures the lasting stability of the overall accuracy of the machine tool.
Standard is X and R automatic axes.
Optional is δX axis, Z1 and Z2 axis

blocks are paired by two wedge blocks. The slope values of the horizontal wedge blocks are symmetrical from both ends to the middle, increased in turn. It is driven by a motor on the left end of the workbench, the closed loop is formed by the displacement potentiometer feedback in the table, and the moving distance of the magnesium block is controlled by DNC to generate a cluster of convex curves to compensate for the work table and slider deformation.
* 10.1″ high resolution color TFT
* Up to 4 axes (Y1,Y2 + 2 aux. axes)
* Crowning control
* Tool / material / product library
* Servo and frequency inverter control
* Advanced Y-axis control algorithms for closed-loop as well as open-loop valves.
* Tandem Link (option)
* USB memory stick interfacing
* Profile-T offline software
