The dairy filling and sealing machine consists of three core parts: an in-line aluminum foil cap maker, a filling machine, and an aluminum foil heat sealer. The cap maker forms aluminum foil caps by stamping roll film online, demanding stable, fatigue-resistant performance with low failure rates and regular, full cap shaping. Due to its in-line design, its operating speed must exceed the sealer’s maximum working speed by over twenty percent
Equipped with twenty-four servo magnetic pump filling valves, filling error is precisely controlled within zero point three percent. The filling system features a high-efficiency CIP cleaning system and SIP one hundred and twenty degrees sterilization, ensuring product hygiene and safety. With servo motors’ flexible control, multi-speed filling is achieved-boosting efficiency while preventing material splashing. The magnetic pump and servo motor adopt a non-mechanical connection, eliminating pump leakage from dynamic seal damage. The pneumatic valve discharge nozzle enables full-process non-contact filling, enhancing cleanliness.
Each of the eighteen-head heat sealer’s units independently controls heating temperature and sealing time, with multiple safety protections: the machine won’t start if temperature is insufficient, uncapped bottles are automatically bypassed, and it shuts down upon reaching the set number of consecutive uncapped bottles. The precise temperature control system and high-efficiency heating modules deliver strong compatibility and reliable durability, adapting to diverse production needs.
