Fully automatic continuous-type cartoning machine ZHJ-300 is a new model developed by our company based on advanced domestic and foreign technologies. It is a high-tech product integrating the technologies of mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and optics. This model is suitable for automatic feeding and cartoning of blisters, bottles, ointments and other items of various products and specifications. The processes of inline product conveying and inspection, carton fetching, forming and conveying, product entering the carton, batch number embossing, flap and tuck sealing at both ends of the carton (hot melt gluing can also be applied), rejection of cartons missing product and finished product discharging are all completed automatically.
This machine can be integrated with ALU/PVC blister packing machines, flow pack machines, bottle filling machines, shrink wrapping machines, cellophane overwrapping machines, case loader and other machinery, making it the best module for mass production.
- The equipment design principle incorporates the international advanced design concepts to ensure process rationality and stability.
- Equipment materials: The base frame is welded with carbon steel. After aging treatment in the natural state for half a year to one year, the internal residual stress will be eliminated to ensure equipment assembly accuracy and smooth equipment operation.
- Processing accuracy: The key components of the equipment are processed using CNC machine tools and CNC machining centers to ensure processing accuracy and smooth operation of the equipment.

- Siemens touch screen human-machine interface (HMI) displays parameters and faults, making operation easy and intuitive, troubleshooting fast and accurate.
- The equipment design is based on people-first principle and adopts user-friendly design in many places. The operating buttons use low voltage to control high voltage, leakage protection switches, door cover protection, and isolation transformers ensure the safety of both electrical components and operators.
- Overload protection systems for the whole machine, for the conveyor chain, for the leaflet folding mechanism, and for the pusher. When overload such as jamming occurs, the machine will automatically stop and the overload position will be displayed on the touch screen, reducing the impact on the equipment damage.
- The packaging procedure adopts the principle of product-first. When there is no product, there will be no leaflet feeding and no carton feeding, so as to ensure the rate of qualified products and reduce the wastage of packaging materials.
- If carton is missed for three consecutive times, the machine will automatically stop and alarm.
- The pusher pushes the products (bottles) continuously into the carton so that the products (bottles) enter the cartons safely and smoothly. No damage to the products or cartons. Waste of packaging materials is minimized and the yield rate is maximized.
- When a different product is changed within a certain range, there is no need to replace the mold/format, but only simple adjustments are required.
Carton magazine
The mechanism consists of a carton conveyor belt, a carton blocking mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The carton magazine can accommodate 1,000 cartons. This mechanism contains a carton shortage alarm system. Every time a carton is opened, the carton conveyor belt will move one step forward to ensure that each carton is opened. The lifting mechanism can lift the carton magazine structure by 200mm to facilitate maintenance and adjustment.

It consists of 21 pairs of pushing rods. Each pair of pushing rods contains a product pushing rod and a leaflet pushing rod. Each pair of pushing rods has an independent lane changing function to ensure that the pushing rods will not push at the station where there is a carton but no product. The pushing rod for pushing leaflets moves first to ensure that the leaflet is put into the carton first. Pushing overload protection system is in place to protect the main machine.
