The W12 series four-roller plate rolling machine is a four-roller CNC plate rolling machine produced by introducing advanced German technology, controlled by PLC programmable digital control, fully hydraulically driven, and realizing automatic rolling. When rolling the plate, the position of the upper roller is fixed, and the lower roller moves upward in a straight line to clamp the steel plate. The two side rollers move upward through the linear guide to adjust the curvature radius of the drum. The metal sheet can be loaded at one time without turning around. Complete sheet end pre-bending and rolling forming. The automatic mode is used when batch rolling, and the consistency of the molding of workpieces in the same batch is good. It is an ideal equipment for rolling cylindrical, arc-shaped, conical, rectangular and other special-shaped workpieces. The trim error of EPS is ±0.1mm.
