(1) Working conditions requirements:
01. Material processing capacity: 1000L/H, static viscosity <4000cp, solid content 12%~50%, some products contain pulp 2mm, can be homogenized, pulp fiber
02. Temperature combination: Technology: Ice cream milk.
03. Sterilization process parameters:
Feeding 45degree~60degree–homogenization temperature 70~80degree—sterilization temperature 85~88degree–exit temperature 2~15degree, heat preservation 15s~30s–discharge 40degree.
The entire process is fully automatically controlled.
04. Tower water entering temperature ≤35degree, flow rate ≥4000L/H; ice water entering temperature: ≤-2degree Cooling water consumption: ≥4000L/H
