But the final powder fineness is controlled by the speed of the grading motor. The advantage of this is that even when processing oily or powdered sugar materials, it can ensure that the crusher chamber will not be blocked. And it can obtain finer powder. The powder fineness range is 100-500 mesh.
Working Method
The raw materials are manually or transported to the hopper of the fan. The hopper has a capacity of approximately 50L. The raw materials will be transported by screws into the crusher chamber and crushed into powder. The powder is separated by a guide ring. The powder that has reached fineness is discharged from the cyclone separation point. Powder that has not reached fineness will continue to be crushed. Ensure a final product yield of 98%. The main function of the fan is to suck out the powder inside the crusher chamber. During this processing, the machine is in a vacuum state inside.

The dust removal box can collect dust. It contains a needle punched anti-static cloth bag. When the dust enters the dust removal box, it adsorbs on the surface without any surface. Then the pulse air hammer will automatically hit the bag and cause it to fall off. You can open the valve at the bottom of the box every day to clean it.
