XGF Series Water Filling Machine
The XGF series bottled water filling line is designed for filling mineral or purified water into PET bottles ranging from 200ml to 2000ml.Various models are available to meet output requirements from 2,000 to 24,000 bottles per hour (BPH).This 3-in-1 monoblock machine integrates rinsing, filling, and capping functions into a single unit, enabling a fully automatic process. It is specifically suited for filling still water into PET or plastic bottles.It utilizes gravity or micro-pressure filling technology, ensuring faster, more stable, and highly efficient operation compared to conventional machines of the same class.The entire line is controlled by an advanced Mitsubishi PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and coordinated with frequency inverters, guaranteeing exceptionally smooth and reliable performance.Equipped with photoelectric sensors for real-time monitoring, the system achieves a high degree of automation and user-friendly operation.

Process: Raw spring water is boosted by a pump and then passes through a series of treatments, including a mechanical filter, activated carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger,precision filter, and is finally purified by an RO system or hollow fiber ultrafiltration device.
