The sorting system is composed of several parts: a feeding device, a main unit, a barcode scanning device, sorting bins, a steel frame, a sorting conveyor device, and a pushing device. The system is controlled by an electronic control system. Its main functions are as follows: Items are manually placed and synchronized on the sorting main unit, where they are automatically scanned and the barcode information is read by the barcode scanning device. The system then interacts with the WCS (Warehouse Control System) to determine the sorting destination, and the sorting machine conveys and sorts the items to the corresponding bin.
