The full line including cement silo, batching machine,mixer, QT3-20 hydraulic pressing brick machine , stacker machine.the silo stock the cement, by screw conveyor transfering cement into the mixer. the batching machine get a proper compounding ratio for raw material, finally pouring into the mixer hopper and put into the mixing cavity. with automatic water supplying, we will get the perfect concrete material for making block. the host machine with PLC controller, can feeding material, pressing, shaping by itself. after shaping, stacker machine will stack 4 layer for moving by forklift
